Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Call Kitty (“CALL KITTY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Call Kitty website, mobile application, multiplayer services, and related features.
Google Play privacy requirement: The final policy must accurately reflect Call Kitty's actual collection, use, sharing, security, retention, and deletion practices and must be consistent with the app's Google Play Data safety disclosures.
Google Play publication note: This policy is intended to be hosted as a public, non-geo-fenced web page and linked from the Call Kitty Google Play listing and from inside the app. Before publication, replace the placeholders with the exact developer/legal entity, privacy contact, service providers, retention periods, and actual data practices.
1. Information we may collect
- Account information: name, username, email address, profile information, and authentication information.
- Game information: rooms joined or created, game state, player actions, results, rankings or statistics, and related timestamps.
- Technical information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash diagnostics, connection information, and security logs where necessary.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting support or reporting an issue.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate Call Kitty and its multiplayer features.
- Authenticate accounts and maintain game sessions.
- Synchronize authoritative multiplayer game state and prevent cheating or abuse.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service notices.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Sharing and service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, communications, and in-app purchase billing (such as Google Play, Apple App Store, Firebase, and RevenueCat for purchase verification). The categories of third parties receive only data required to operate Call Kitty infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
4. Multiplayer visibility
Your chosen display name, avatar, game status, and information necessary to operate a multiplayer room may be visible to other players. Do not place sensitive personal information in your username, profile, room name, or other public game content.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service operation, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. When an account deletion request is completed, associated account data is deleted or anonymized unless a limited retention is required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons.
6. Account deletion and your choices
If you create a Call Kitty account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data through the Delete Account page and through the account-deletion path provided in the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Contact the privacy address below for applicable requests.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Call Kitty is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of the applicable requirements, contact us so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will display a new effective date.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Call Kitty. By creating an account, joining a room, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Call Kitty.

the laws of Nepal. These Terms match the identity and policies presented on the Call Kitty Google Play listing.
1. The service
Call Kitty is a multiplayer strategic card game. The game uses a standard 52-card deck and is designed to support 4-player multiplayer tables. The core objective is to arrange your 13 cards into 4 descending 3-card sequences plus 1 discard, declare your calls, and win showdown positions.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information provided during registration should be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.
3. Fair play
You must not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate network traffic, interfere with game synchronization, impersonate another player, use bots or automation where prohibited, harass other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
4. Game rules
All 52 cards are dealt evenly among 4 players (13 cards each). Players arrange their hands into 4 three-card sequences in strictly descending strength (Seq 1 ≥ Seq 2 ≥ Seq 3 ≥ Seq 4) plus 1 discard card. Sequence fouls are caught and penalized.
Players declare their calls (1 to 4) and sequentially reveal sequences in a 4-position showdown. The detailed in-game rules, including Kitty sweep calls, collapsed ties, and role settlements (Winner, Jetha, Maila, Kancha), are part of the Call Kitty gameplay experience.
5. User content
You remain responsible for content you submit, including usernames, avatars, room names, chat messages, and other user-generated content. You grant Call Kitty the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, and moderate that content as part of operating the service.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harmful activity.
- Harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or targeted abuse.
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or disruption.
- Cheating or manipulating game outcomes.
- Using multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement.
- Submitting malware or content intended to compromise another user.
7. Availability and changes
Call Kitty may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Purchases and Virtual Currency
If Call Kitty offers paid digital items, Virtual Currency, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases through Google Play or Apple App Store, purchases are processed through the relevant store and subject to its billing terms. Prices and purchase conditions presented at the point of purchase will apply. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights, including for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Call Kitty is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.

Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through Call Kitty where paid digital content or services are offered. Call Kitty is currently distributed through Google Play and Apple App Store.
Current product note: If Call Kitty does not currently sell paid goods or digital purchases, keep this page published as a clear statement that there are no paid products to return at this time, and update it when monetization launches.
1. No physical products
Call Kitty is a digital game and does not normally ship physical products. Physical-product return rights therefore do not apply to ordinary Call Kitty gameplay.
2. Digital purchases
If Call Kitty offers digital purchases, whether a refund is available may depend on the purchase type, the payment provider, applicable law, and the purchase terms shown at checkout. Some digital purchases may be non-refundable once delivery or access has begun where permitted by law.
3. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or a transaction was unauthorized, contact [email protected] promptly with the transaction reference and relevant details. Do not send your full payment-card number.
4. Google Play and App Store purchases
Purchases made through Google Play or Apple App Store are processed through the respective platforms. Refund requests may be handled through Google Play or App Store according to their applicable policies and the circumstances of the transaction. Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund or other remedy, that right remains unaffected.
5. Service issues
If a paid digital product is not delivered, is materially defective, or cannot be accessed as described, contact support. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law or the applicable purchase terms.
6. Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory refund, withdrawal, or consumer-protection rights.

Account & Data Deletion Policy

This page provides an external account-deletion resource for Call Kitty users. If you created a Call Kitty account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data here without reinstalling the app. Google Play requires apps that support account creation to provide both an in-app deletion path and an external web resource for deletion requests.
How to request deletion
In the Call Kitty app: Open Settings → Account → Delete account, review the warning, authenticate when requested, and confirm deletion.
From the web: Email [email protected] with the subject “Call Kitty Account Deletion Request”. Include the email address or username associated with your Call Kitty account so we can verify ownership and process the request.
1. What happens after a verified request
- Your Call Kitty account is queued for deletion and access is restricted as appropriate.
- Personal account information and associated user data are deleted or anonymized, subject to the limited retention described below.
- Active sessions and authentication tokens are revoked where technically supported.
- You may be removed from active rooms and multiplayer matchmaking.
2. Game records
Some game records may be retained in aggregated, anonymized, fraud-prevention, security, or statistical form where they can no longer reasonably identify you or where retention is legally necessary.
3. Legal and security retention
Deletion does not necessarily require immediate destruction of every record. Information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain security. Such information will not be used for ordinary gameplay purposes after account deletion unless necessary for those purposes.
4. Irreversibility
Account deletion may be irreversible. Once the deletion process has completed, Call Kitty may not be able to restore your account, profile, game history, or other deleted information.
5. Before deleting
If you want to preserve information that Call Kitty makes available for export, request or download it before confirming deletion. Leaving a multiplayer room does not itself delete an account.
6. Requests by email
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] with the subject “Call Kitty Account Deletion Request”. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
7. Processing time
After we verify the request, we will process it within a reasonably prompt period and within any period required by applicable law. Some systems, such as encrypted backups, may retain information temporarily until those systems rotate or are securely overwritten. Any retained information will be limited to the purposes for which retention is legally or operationally necessary.
